By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at Traralgon Massage, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

When you book an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated treatment time with me. I ask that you arrive on time so you receive the full benefit of your session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next client.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee.

This policy is in place because late cancellations prevent me from offering the appointment to another client.

3. Fees & Payments

Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

I accept:

Private health fund rebates are available where applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure your fund covers your treatment.

4. Health Information & Disclosure

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to and during your treatment.

This includes:

• Injuries
  
  

• Medical conditions
  
  

• Medications
  
  

• Pregnancy
  
  

• Recent surgeries
  
  

Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of injury or adverse outcomes.

5. Treatment & Scope of Practice

All treatments provided by Jeff Robinson Remedial Massage Therapist are within the scope of massage and manual therapy practice.

Massage therapy:

• Is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
  
  

• Does not replace care from a doctor or allied health professional
  
  

• Does not guarantee specific outcomes
  
  

Results vary between individuals.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if:

• A client behaves inappropriately
  
  

• A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  
  

• A client refuses to follow treatment instructions
  
  

• A client presents a safety risk
  
  

Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

7. Minors

Clients under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to treatment.

A parent or guardian may be required to attend the appointment.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

I am committed to protecting your privacy.

Your personal and health information is collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
