6. How long I keep your records

I retain client records for the period required under Australian health and business record-keeping laws.

• Adult client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the last appointment.
  
  

• Records for clients who were minors at the time of treatment are retained for 7 years after the client turns 18 years of age.
  
  

When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.

7. Your consent

By booking an appointment and receiving treatment at Jeff Robinson Remedial Massage Therapist, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal and health information as outlined in this policy.

If you believe your privacy has been breached, please contact me directly so I can investigate and resolve the issue.
